畢業於香港理工大學設計系，主修視覺傳意，副修環境設計。2010年曾出版個人畫冊電子書，於2010、2012及2016年曾舉行不同主題的個人畫展，這十多年間也不斷有參與大小的聯展，包括商場畫展、香港創意藝術會年展、Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong、Asia Contemporary Art Show，以及獲邀於香港大學展出主題作品。多年來亦有參與藝術教育工作，包括幼兒藝術教育以及特殊人士藝術家教育等工作。
